We booked Airportdriven because of the good review here on FreeIndex. And we are absolutely convinced: service, punctuality, the cars and the drivers were just very good and excellent value for money. Also booking process via Email was easy and reliable. After pick up at Heathrow we decided to book a sightseeing tour for 5 hours the next day: and everything was just fine! We were driven by a Mercedes E-class and a brandnew Mercedes Viano: loads of space and very clean. We were provided with 2 mobile numbers so at no time there was any crunch in the stomach if things might go wrong. Payment was 1/2 and 1/2 from and to Heathrow.
I really recommend them absolutely and will keep their business card for future times.
